FORT WASHINGTON, PA (January 16, 2024) – With a nod to the increasingly challenging goal of giving customers the best level of service in a rapidly changing world, CMC Energy Services has named Becky Eshbach to serve as senior director of Customer Experience, which will include the Customer Care team and the Marketing department. Becky, who will join CMC’s Senior Leadership Team, brings almost two decades of experience as a change-agent leading marketing and customer experience efforts at UGI Utilities, Inc., where she has held positions of increasing responsibility.

“Becky has developed and executed successful campaigns and systems implementations that empowered customers through the use of technology and advanced analytics at UGI,” said CMC President & CEO Lisa Stotts. “She has dedicated  her career to improving UGI’s customer service activities to increase efficiency and drive satisfaction. These skills will be particularly helpful as CMC tackles the changing nature of customer acquisition for the programs we serve.”

Before her most recent role as senior director of Customer Success/Service, Marketing, External Communications and Community Relations, Becky served as director of Marketing and Strategy, manager of Growth and Analytics and senior analyst for Analytics and Asset Management. In addition, she served as the business lead for UGI’s Women’s Impact Network since 2021, whose mission is to recruit, retain, develop and advance female leaders.

A graduate of Albright College, Becky has her MBA from Alvernia University. She also holds a certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and has completed Communications coursework at Purdue University.
