In her diverse career, Rachelle has provided strategic consultation and partnership to global business units, effectively supporting technical organizations with up to 200+ globally-dispersed employees. Renowned for her thought leadership, change management expertise and collaborative nature, she has consistently delivered results by balancing employee needs with company goals. Rachelle’s collaborative approach extends across functions, levels and geographies, demonstrating her ability to develop and implement dynamic strategies that contribute to overall business success.

Rachelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, backed by a strong educational foundation. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing & Human Resources from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, she complements her academic achievements with certifications such as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Predictive Index coach. Rachelle recently received her Co-Active Coaching Training and Certification from The Coaches Training Institute®, showcasing her commitment to continuous growth and development. She is currently attending Wharton Executive Education’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program with anticipated graduation in June 2024.

With certifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Professional Human Resource Certification from Villanova University, and Training & Development Certification from Bucks County Community College, Rachelle is not only a dynamic HR executive but also a dedicated advocate for ongoing education and training within the field. In her free time, Rachelle is a voracious reader, passionate about traveling worldwide. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her daughters.
