Erin joined CMC Energy Services in June 2023 as the Senior Director for Program Delivery in Pennsylvania and Illinois. She has a wealth of Operations experience with an emphasis on continuous process improvement. Erin is responsible for developing, implementing and administering business strategies and operations to meet and exceed program goals and objectives in Pennsylvania and Illinois.
Erin is a member of CMC’s senior leadership team and, in that role, she helps guide the company’s growth through effective and efficient management and expansion of the company’s existing and new contracts. One of her greatest strengths is Operations management and process optimization with a focus on regulated and non-regulated energy industries.
Before joining CMC, Erin served as director of Information Technology for Homeowner Services (formerly Pivotal Home Solutions) in Naperville, IL. where she oversaw all IT functional areas during the transition from American Water to Apax Partners LLP. Those efforts included managing IT-related operations and the development of a technology roadmap designed to modernize technologies and establish their own infrastructure as a part of the separation from American Water. Before her role with Homeowner Services, Erin held a variety of senior leadership positions at Pivotal Home Solutions, also of Naperville, which was purchased by American Water in 2018 and subsequently by Apax in 2021.
Prior to her work with Homeowner Services, Erin held leadership positions at Pivotal Home Solutions, Nicor National, Integrys Energy Services and Peoples Energy.
Erin holds an MBA and a BS in Operations Management from Northern Illinois University. When she’s not at work, Erin enjoys decorating her home and spending time with friends and family – game nights, dinner and lots of laughs!
