During COVID-19, CMC’s Senior Leadership Team created several working groups to ensure that we could resume business activity as quickly as possible – while continuing to prioritize the health of our employees, their families and our customers.
One of the critical teams that was created to meet these needs was the COVID-19 Tiger Team, which was responsible for gathering safety requirements to determine Personal Protective Equipment needs, creating a Safety Playbook and coordinating trainings.
