Say hello to Roniel Pipit, Field Technician III located in our New Jersey office. Let’s learn about our teammate Roniel.
Provide some quick background about yourself? Where were you born or raised?
I was born and raised in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States in 2002. Before moving to the United States, I graduated from Manila Adventist Medical College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. My family and I currently live in Jersey City, NJ. In my free time, I love spending quality time with my family and friends.
Prior to joining CMC, what did you know about energy efficiency or the industry?
I had absolutely zero knowledge about the energy efficiency industry, CMC’s work or the communities we serve. Luckily for me, I am a fast learner and excelled in my new role.
What made you join CMC?
I had a few friends who had previous experience with the company. They all spoke very highly of CMC and that was what led me to apply.
What do you like about the work that you do at CMC?
With my background in nursing, I am naturally guided by my desire to help others. With CMC, I love helping our customers become more energy efficient and more comfortable in their homes. When we leave a job, our customers are always so appreciative of our work. It leaves me with a good feeling at the end of the day.
What do you do for fun? Do you have any hidden talents or interests?
Basketball and bowling are two of my “hidden talents.” I try to do these activities whenever I have free time. I also have a loving family whom I enjoy spending time with and most weekends are dedicated to family activities.
Do you have any plans for the next few months, vacations, etc?
Although I have nothing in the immediate future, I do plan to try and go back to my homeland the Philippines in 2023.
