Kari Reynolds, right, with her late grandmother.

Kari Reynolds, Program Specialist in CMC’s Yalesville, CT location, was born and raised in Danbury CT, and currently live in Bethel, CT. Kari graduated from Danbury High School and The University of Connecticut, Storrs. She enjoys watching football and college basketball, specifically the UConn Huskies. Kari is very close with her family and also enjoys listening to live music and going to the casino in her free time.

Prior to joining CMC, what did you know of energy efficiency or the industry?

Kari: Before joining CMC, I worked for ECS Aeroseal another company that was a contractor for the utilities for the Home Energy Solutions Program. Prior to that, I worked for a company that was also a contractor for the utilities for energy efficiency but on the commercial side for businesses. So, I was very familiar with energy efficiency and the impact it can have on someone’s home or business.

What made you join CMC?

K: EECS Aeroseal was acquired by CMC and so we became CMC employees immediately. That was two years ago on October 1, 2018.  My how time flies.

What do you like about the work that you do at CMC?

K: I like knowing that the work we do at CMC is helping customer’s homes and businesses become more energy efficient, which will save them money.

What do you do for fun?

K: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to travel, but have not been anywhere in a while. I also like to go to the casino to gamble and see concerts.

Do you have any hidden talents or interests?

K: I’ve always wanted to learn how to play piano.

Besides work, how are you keeping busy during our “stay at home” period?

K: I’m keeping busy with little projects around the house. It seems like there is always a list. I’ve also been going out and listening to live music outside as much as I can while the weather is warm enough. I’m not sure what I am going to do when things move inside.
