And, the first CMC Culture Club drawing winners are…Katie Comninel, HR recruiter in Fort Washington, and Susan Santor, customer care representative in Massachusetts.

The pair each won a $25 gift card, the limited edition CMC Culture Club mug and a $100 donation to their favorite charities for answering three easy questions about CMC’s value of United in Our I.D.E.A.s (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access).

Susan selected The Make a Wish Foundation for her $100 donation. “I chose this charity because they are there for the kids when dealing with sickness and were there for me when my son was very sick,” Susan said. “When children are going through medical problems, they let them be a kid for a day.”

Katie chose the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) for her donation. “They are special to me for so many different reasons but one of the biggest reasons is they fight for everyone’s rights,” Katie said. “Whether it is on behalf of immigration, women’s rights or LGTBQ rights, they do an amazing job at keeping people informed and getting people involved.”

The CMC Culture Club is an easy-to-win monthly drawing that runs through December highlighting CMC’s values. Last month’s value (United in Our IDEAs) has special meaning to Katie.

“I love that I work for a company that promotes Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access,” Katie said. “As a woman in the workplace, I find this so important. We are all different and we all bring different ideas and perspectives to the table, so let’s all collaborate and work together.”
