Lisa was named President & CEO on April 1, 2023. Prior to being named CEO, she served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CMC Energy Services since 2017, and also has decades of prior experience in numerous leadership roles such as CFO, vice president of finance and multiple accounting leadership positions. Lisa drives strategic initiatives and manages the financial wellbeing of CMC.
Prior to joining CMC, Lisa served as an interim CFO representing CMF Associates in Philadelphia. In that role, she worked with company boards and leadership teams to develop strategies, provide analytics, and oversee financial decisions.
Previously a CFO for Soleo Healthcare (formerly Biomed) a $60 million national specialty pharmacy company, Lisa also spent nearly a decade at Maxwell Systems, Inc., serving as Vice President of the finance and accounting department. Her early career was spent at Marriott International, Inc. supporting hotel operations.
Lisa holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting with concentrations in economics and management from University of Maryland. An avid runner, Lisa has completed marathons on five continents and is working on completing half marathons on all seven continents.
