Lisa was named Interim President & CEO effective April 1, 2023. Prior to that role, she served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2017 for CMC Energy Services after a decades-long career as a CFO, vice president of finance and accounting leadership positions. In addition to driving strategic initiatives and managing the financial wellbeing of CMC, Lisa oversees the human resources, information technology, customer care and accounting departments.
Prior to joining CMC, Lisa served as a consultant with CMF Associates in Philadelphia, acting as an interim CFO for several companies. In that role, she established accounting infrastructure and processes resulting in the restatement of prior year financials that resulted in a $20 million turnaround for a national contract pharmacy company. She also successfully cured a three-year compliance breach with the company’s largest client representing 50% of annual revenue.
Previously a CFO for Soleo Healthcare (formerly Biomed) a $60 million national specialty pharmacy company, Lisa also spent nearly a decade at Maxwell Systems, Inc., serving as Vice President of the finance and accounting department. Her early career was spent at Marriott International, Inc. supporting hotel operations.
Lisa holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with concentrations in Economics and Management from University of Maryland. An avid runner, Lisa has completed marathons on two continents and is looking to complete marathons on all seven continents.
