Tom provides daily direction to ensure the PECO Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP) field staff comply with production procedures, timelines and standards while achieving program metrics and goals. He also plays a key role in sourcing, purchasing and managing materials for field staff.
Before his current role, Tom served as field supervisor for the LIURP program for four years and as an energy auditor for another four years. In that role, he conducted detailed energy audits, quantified energy consumption, educated customers and recommended energy saving measures and practices. He also trained peers in audit and installation practices.
Prior to joining CMC, Tom was an estimator and installer for Sicoli & Sons Contracting, where he performed job estimates for potential customers, installed windows, doors, siding, decks and drywall.
Tom holds a Building Analyst certification from the Building Performance Institute. He also is the recipient of the Doris Iklé Innovation Award from CMC.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and young son, home renovations, building furniture, Philadelphia sports teams and playing guitar.
