Tim joined CMC Energy Services in September 2024 as the Director for Program Delivery in Illinois. Tim brings more than 25 years of operations and program management experience leading large diverse teams to achieve business and financial goals. He has a wealth of Operations experience with an emphasis on safety and employee retention. Tim is responsible for developing, implementing and administering business strategies and operations to meet and exceed program goals and objectives in Illinois.
Before joining CMC, Tim was area vice president for SAC Wireless, a Nokia company, where he was responsible for safety and financial/operational KPIs for a national field construction team consisting of 500+ employees and 60+ support staff. Prior to that role, Tim served as chief of staff/national director at SAC Wireless where he oversaw a company-wide initiative to reduce turnover, which achieved more than 50 percent improvement in the first year. Additionally, Tim held positions of increasing responsibility at DISH Network, Symphony IRI, Metro Three Twelve Homes and XM Satellite Radio.
He has a bachelor’s degree in education from Illinois State University. When he’s not at work, Tim enjoys live entertainment and performing arts and enjoys going to concerts, the theater and sporting events.
