Tim joined the CMC team in April 2025 as the Senior Director of Program Delivery. He leads program delivery across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and South Jersey, bringing deep operational expertise and strategic oversight to our work in these regions.
Tim is a transformative leader with a proven track record leading large, multi-functional teams across the energy services, home services, and telecommunications sectors. He drives growth and delivers lasting operational improvements. He is known for his calm, confident leadership style, ability to uncover the root causes of complex challenges, and implementation of solutions that drive measurable results.
Most recently, Tim served as Vice President of Operations at Air Temp Solutions, where he led the company through 51% year-over-year revenue growth and launched a plumbing division that delivered nearly $1M in new revenue in just six months. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Colonial Home Services, overseeing $42M in operations across multiple business lines and spearheading major gains in production, market expansion, and operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, Tim led large-scale regional operations at Dish Network, where he earned national recognition for operational excellence and employee satisfaction.
A champion of accountability and collaboration, Tim fosters strong team culture and builds trusted, customer-centric relationships at every level. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and playing the saxophone. He also stays in shape by playing ice hockey.
