Peter Druckenmiller

Peter is the director of Pennsylvania Program Delivery at CMC, responsible for ensuring the best-in-class performance of the programs CMC supports in the Keystone State. He leads more than 80 dedicated Pennsylvania employees across three locations, implementing Act 129 and income-eligible programs for CMC. He ensures that CMC achieves measurable benefits for clients by directing the teams in all aspects of program delivery, while managing profit and loss expectations.

Before joining CMC in June 2025, Peter served as a program manager at South Jersey Gas, where he was responsible for leading its $400 million energy efficiency program that assisted in serving seven New Jersey utilities. In that role, he played an integral part in consultation with state regulatory parties on legislation and program development, and helped formulate creative approaches to problem solving, decision-making and performance improvements.

Prior to working at South Jersey Gas, Peter served as regional manager for SmartWatt, where he helped to increase program participation by 25 percent; Franklin Energy as a senior program manager, where he successfully drove 10 percent yearly cost reductions; and Customized Energy Solutions as director of gas services, where he implemented and reconciled procurement activity in nationwide regulated utility markets that totaled $20-$30M annually.

Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ursinus College, with a concentration in Marketing and Business Administration. In his spare time, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, camping, and walking during the nice weather. As a father of two daughters, his days are currently filled with dance class, rock climbing, college visits and driving lessons.
