Nick Skari

Nick Skari serves as Director of Program Delivery for CMC’s Pennsylvania operations. In this role, Nick oversees programs across the state including LIURP, Act 129, Smart Thermostat, and Multifamily energy efficiency programs.

Nick began his career at CMC in 2013 as a senior quality control specialist, where he inspected work performed by energy auditors, subcontractors and weatherization technicians to ensure completion and compliance with standards. He quickly gained experience and was promoted to the quality control supervisor in 2015. He was able to apply his knowledge of the field to successfully transition to the senior program manager of several Philadelphia-area utility conservation assistance programs in 2018. In that role, Nick was responsible for the vision, program design, compliance, and maintenance of field operations for PGW Home Comfort Program and Philadelphia Water Department Conservation Assistance Program audits, data integrity, and quality assurance.

Prior to joining CMC, Nick worked in the energy efficiency and conservation space at nonprofit agencies serving Philadelphia and Montgomery counties. At these agencies, he cemented his passion for helping improve customers lives by making their homes healthier, safer, and more energy efficient.

Nick earned his BS in Environmental Studies from Temple University and went on to earn his MS in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University. He holds several certifications from BPI, OSHA, NABCEP, HERS, and LEED. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nick is a dedicated Philadelphia sports fan and finds solace in the art of fishing. This hobby allows him to recharge and connect with nature, aligning with his passion for environmental sustainability.
