As the director in charge of CMC’s Midwest operations, Mike oversees two office locations and 90+ employees. Under his leadership, CMC establishes relationships with thousands of residential and business customers, applies expert understanding of key drivers and barriers to implementing energy-efficiency solutions, and demonstrates a customer-centric approach to delivering energy savings.
Mike joined the CMC team through the 2018 acquisition of Clean Markets, LLC, where he had managed the outreach team since 2014. Along with his years of outreach experience and leadership, Mike brings to the team more than ten years of solar energy and HVAC equipment sales experience, knowledge of energy auditing best practices and business development acumen. Prior to joining CMC, he was part of both the commercial HVAC and solar sales and design teams for Haller Enterprises Inc., a regional mechanical contractor serving central Pennsylvania. Mike also served as vice president of the Pennsylvania Solar Energy Industry Association (PASEIA) and joined the Lancaster Center for Excellence in Renewable Energy as a steering committee member. He currently serves as the Treasurer on the board for the Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance (KEEA).
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and he holds LEED AP designation. In addition to his work for CMC, he enjoys spending time with his family, performing as a bassist and producing recordings with local musical artists.
