CMC Reviews from Homeowners

CMC and the utilities we serve receive many phone calls and letters from customers, complimenting our field staff and subcontractors on the quality of the services that we provide and the polite and professional manner in which our staff conducts themselves. We are proud to share a small sampling of these homeowner reviews with you below.

We recently treated the home of an elderly lady, and received a letter from her daughter, Florence Roberts, upon completion of the work:

“I am writing to let you know how pleased and satisfied I am with all the services and work that has been done. All the people that came to Mom’s house were very polite and professional. I was kept fully informed about what was to be done, and why. All appointments were made ahead, confirmed, and promptly kept. The work was also done neatly, and cleaned up afterward.”

Another customer, Deborah Gullo, wrote as follows;

“A few weeks ago, I was contacted by CMC regarding an inspection of my home for energy efficiency. I was very alarmed to find that my 25+ year old furnace had a crack in it, and was emitting carbon monoxide. If you did not provide one for my family, I am not sure what I was going to do, when the heat needed to be turned on.”

“On August 8th your Heating contractor installed a new furnace in my home through your plan. I would like to say how wonderful they were. The technicians were very prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them 100% to anyone who needed any heating or air conditioning work.”

Beatrice Suych, yet another customer wrote:

In an email to one of our utility clients, customer Gloria King writes:

“I was very impressed with the presentation today by Anthony of CMC Energy Services who took time to discuss our customized audit report as well as complete a thorough review of the property and put forward his energy efficiency recommendations. The utility should be highly commended for offering this whole house efficiency program to its customers and in my case, I am not only a customer, I am also an employee.”

Larry Johnson responded to one of our program surveys by writing:

In a phone call to our offices, customer Matthew Kline stated:
