Let’s welcome Peter Druckenmiller to the CMC team. Peter joined CMC as Director of the PA Program Delivery team and will oversee all operations for Pennsylvania. He brings more than 18 years of experience in regulated markets in the energy industry with an emphasis on logistics, strategy development and data analysis. He is well-versed in employing best practices to streamline and improve processes, and in cultivating strategic relationships with customers, peers, managers and stakeholders.

Can you tell us a little bit about your professional background?
I’ve been in the energy business since 2007. I started at UGI Energy Services scheduling and trading natural gas. I then continued that as a consultant at Customized Energy Solutions. From there I went into the energy efficiency (EE) world where I was implementing programs behind multiple PA programs. I have spent the past six years managing an EE program with South Jersey Gas.
How did you learn about CMC Energy Services?
As the EE world goes, you cross paths with some familiar companies. I’ve been working with or alongside CMC for a number of years.
What interests you the most about CMC and its vision and values?
I love providing exceptional customer service and energy savings to customers. The natural gas and electric industry can get confusing, and I want to help people save money and assist in their comfort while at home and/or work.
What do you do with your free time?
As a father of two girls, my weeks are filled with dance, rock climbing, driving lessons and college visits. I love to spend time outdoors whether it’s fishing, camping, or just taking walks in the nice weather.
As a sports crazy company, what teams do you support?
I am an avid fan of all of the Philadelphia sports teams. I am particularly invested in the Eagles and Flyers, but do support all seasons of local teams including the Union games by the river and the Phillies, even if a hot dog is $5.
