Whatever your program requirements—CMC is poised to provide.
All our key energy audit and quality control staff members are certified by the Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) as Building Analysts. Additional BPI credentials held by our field staff include Envelope and Heating Professional, along with Whole House and Multi-Family designations.
BPI’s nationally recognized credentialing program identifies individual excellence in house-as-a-system evaluation, diagnostics, and installation. Its stringent technical standards and requirements mean that BPI-certified CMC Energy Services personnel are in demand for government and utility energy efficiency incentive programs and weatherization assistance programs.
EPA Lead-Safe Certification
CMC is also certified as an EPA Lead-Safe Firm – meaning that our technicians are able to conduct lead-based plant renovation, repair, and painting activities in accordance with Federal law. This allows us to conduct safe, expert renovations where lead paint is present.
Beyond BPI—Additional Certifications
Many of our employees carry additional certifications in the heating and shell specialist fields. This allows us to provide expert direct installation and repair work for equipment as well as interior/exterior construction and repair.
We provide annual training to ensure that all our field staff achieves certification and re-certification regularly, as required by Utility Program guidelines.
Because of our many certification efforts, you can be certain that we are:
- constantly reviewed and approved by the top watchdogs in our industry
- always aware of the latest developments in the energy audit field
- up-to-date in handling all analyses and remedial work
- standing ready to help your customers and constituents enjoy far lower energy costs while vastly improving their homes’ comfort.
We are proud to play an integral role in reducing America’s dependence on foreign oil and improving the comfort, safety, durability, and energy efficiency of existing housing.
