The goal was to provide input on how to improve and grow the program and form academic-professional partnerships.  The meeting was attended by academic professionals as well as a variety of outside organizations including: The City of Philadelphia Energy Office, Clean Air Council, ClearResult, ECA, Delaware Valley Green Building Council, Green Philly Blog, Philadelphia Energy Authority, Sunrun Inc, Talson Solutions.  Skari provided insight on CMC’s and the industry’s hiring needs and trends and how the CCP program could be designed to help students succeed in the workforce.CMC QC Supervisor Nick Skari  was invited to attend the Advisory Board Meeting for the Building Science (BS) Program at the Community College of Philadelphia (CCP).  The meeting, held last month, was the inaugural meeting of the board to discuss student enrollment, academic performance, employment, and connections with local organizations.
