Low Income Weatherization Programs
CMC has weatherized over 100,000 homes and won ACEEE’s Exemplary Low-Income Program Award for PECO’s LIURP program.
Training Program
CMC has recruited and trained over 2,000 auditors, weatherization technicians and inspectors throughout the United States, authored its own training book and slides, and developed a test to certify auditors. CMC also provides instruction to utility personnel.
Inspection Programs
CMC has performed post-installation inspections of more than 100,000 households, including the installation of solar water heaters and PV-powered security lights.
Administration
CMC runs an efficient administrative operation with a knowledgeable call-center for both customers and auditors/ technicians. As a result, we deliver status reports on time, pay bills ahead of time, answer phones in a timely manner, and satisfy our clients and their customers.
