BPI Building Analyst Professional Course
This course covers the fundamentals of energy efficiency; heating and cooling systems; distribution and controls; domestic water heater; air seal-up; insulation; windows; home appliances; combustion safety; carbon monoxide protection; data collection and software use. Instruction includes field work training with a blower door, combustion analyzer, carbon monoxide(CO) tester and other instrumentation training. A training book and materials are provided. Students will be prepared to take the BPI Building Analyst Professional exam. Additionally, after successful completion of the training course students will be certified as Home Tune-uP inspectors upon completion of two practice field inspections.

Seal-up Technician / Weatherization
Seal- up technicians learn to use the instruments required to find and seal air leaks, locate gaps in insulation, insulate pipes and duct work; and replace shower heads and faucet fittings. Instruction includes field work training with a blower door, combustion appliance zone (CAZ) testing, and carbon monoxide testing of combustion appliances.
